New Directions Northwest Inc. provides mental health, alcohol and drug, gambling, treatment to individuals from Baker County and throughout the state of Oregon. Baker House

Elkhorn Adolescent Treatment Center

A residential treatment center for youth with serious alcohol and drug problems. Call for help at 541-523-8320.  Located at 3700 Midway Drive, Baker City, Oregon 97814.

New Directions Behavioral Health and Wellness

Outpatient services for mental health and drug and alcohol, and gambling treatment. Call for help at 541-523-3646 or our after hours crisis number is 541-519-7126, 5PM - 8AM.  Weekdays and 24hrs – Weekends.  Located at 2200 4th Street, Baker City, Oregon 97814

New Directions Developmental and Disabilities Program

Outpatient services for individuals needing developmental disability services. Call for help at 541-523-8366.  Located at 2100 Main Street, Baker City, Oregon 97814

Powder River Alternative Incarceration Program

This nationally recognized alcohol and drug treatment program is located inside of the Powder River Correctional Facility. Prevention Service

Community outreach to promote prevention and healthy living to individuals of all ages. Call for help at 541-523-7400. Located at 2100 Main Street, Baker City, Oregon 97814.

Recovery Village

Known also as the Parent and Children's Program, provides alcohol and drug treatment to a parent (female or male) who live with their children in a residential setting for up to six months. Call for help at 541-523-4049.

Total Health

Outpatient services for Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol treatment, Chronic Pain Management, Community Health Care, Prevention Services. Call for help during the hours of 8 to 5 pm at 541-524-9070 or our after hours crisis number is 541-519-7126, 5PM - 8AM.  Weekdays and 24hrs – Weekends.
